This is a charming cottage, authentic in its local décor, with” tuffeau” stone and “tomettes”. You will enjoy relaxing in the garden in the shade of the mulberry tree. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

There are two bedrooms. In the ground floor bedroom, there is a double bed, 160X200. You will have your own shower and toilet.

The second bedroom is on the first floor with a double bed, 160X200, which can be converted to two singles. There is a shower and a toilet.

In the kitchen, there is a large wooden table and all you will require for preparing your own meals.

The sitting room is comfortable with a large “tuffeau” stone chimney.  There are one settee and armchairs.

There is no handicapped access.

The SWIMMING-POOL is warmed (at the nice season) and shared without any restriction. Secured with fenced with gates.

An inventory will be done when you arrive and we shall ask you for a caution (400€), it will not be cashed and will be returned to you when we have checked the cottage at the end of your stay.

50% of the charge and a signed copy of the rent agreement will confirm your booking. The balance will be paid upon your arrival. We can inform you of the charge for a lengthier stay (more than 2 weeks)
